Nostalgia
Before Started working on this project I was thinking about what I want to do. I used to think that my senior project should be something different and and special , and now that it's time has come i had no clue about how it should be different.I decided thatI just need to be myself , because my work comes from deep inside me, and I can not be any different than what I am. so here it is some of the first ideas that came to my mind.
About Me

- Arezoo Karoubi was born in 1983 in Tehran, Iran. She was brought up in an artistic family, her mother a painter and her father an architect. In 2002 she entered the university of art and architecture in Tehran to study stage design and theatre; at the same time she was a student of one of the greatest surrealist painting masters Thaha Bahbahani. In 2004, she moved to Dubai to continue her studies in the American university in Dubai. Having studied stage design alongside a surrealistic vision, she started photography and she is currently in her last year of a BFA photography program. She focuses mainly on photography as an art form. Most of her work is taken with a manual camera. Arezoo’s work centers on her experience of life as a young female. Her work has been exhibited in several group shows in Dubai.
